Polls open noon to 9pm for local school district budget and board votes

The Ithaca City School District and other nearby school districts are holding budget and school board elections on Tuesday, May 20th. Polls are open from noon to 9pm in Ithaca and Trumansburg, and 7am to 9pm in Lansing and Dryden.

There are fewer polling places for today's school votes than for general elections. The ICSD web site has a list of polling places as well as budget proposal details and school board candidates. Three incumbent school board members are running for re-election to three open seats: Patricia H. Wasyliw, Christopher Malcolm, and Seth J. Peacock.

The Lansing Central School District has budget information on its web site. Trumansburg's elections are being held at the Ulysses Historical Society, and there's budget info on their web site.
