Ithaca Grain and Pet Supply and Bo's Bones are co-hosting the "first annual" Ithaca Dog Fest this Saturday, September 27th, from 9am-2pm. Proceeds from the event will benefit local rescue and shelter operations, who will be on hand with dogs available for adoption.

Bo's Bones, a local company that sells gourmet organic dog biscuits with fresh, local honey from Waid's Apiary as their "secret ingredient," says local reps and puppy trainers from Guiding Eyes for the Blind will be at the event. There will be food vendors selling assorted refreshments, craft vendors, and musicians, as well.

The event is in the parking lot of Ithaca Grain and Pet Supply, at 1011 West Seneca Street near the bridge between Brindley Street and Taber Street.
