The scene caused rubbernecking delays on Route 13 in the vicinity of Third Street, as drivers slowed to see what was going on.
Update 10/11: According to Ithaca Police Department, an investigation determined the driver was at fault for the accident, which occurred on a clear day. The driver told police that he had an obstructed view due to the "A-pillar" of the bus being in his line of sight. IPD says no tickets will be issued, as the accident occurred on private property.
