October 27, 2015 by Rachel Cera

Saying a democratic society should not have an incumbent, however popular, running unopposed for re-election, Phoebe Brown has announced a write-in campaign for Mayor of Ithaca. Her supporters welcome everyone at a meeting on Tuesday evening.
